Expect fellowship, foolishness, and the sort of “program” that rarely survives in writing.

Are kids allowed?
Kids are welcome at the hotel (pool, rooms, etc.). They just aren’t included in the banquet/dinner portion.
Is the bar hosted?
Cash bar with a bartender assigned to the event.
Do I have to stay at the hotel to attend?
No—but it’s highly recommended. The whole point is: dinner + drinks + room key in the same building.
